WELCOME TO YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME: PET FRIENDLY STAYS IN ROCHESTER, MN

To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, we ask that pet owners adhere to the following policy:

• Registration: All pets must be registered at check-in.
• Fees: A $50.00 non-refundable fee applies, not to exceed $150.00 per stay.
• Weight Limits: We welcome domesticated pets and ESA under 50 lbs. and cats under 15 lbs.
• Requirements: A valid credit card is required at check-in, and you must sign our pet policy conditions.

• Leash Policy: Pets must be restrained on a leash at all times in public areas.
• Unattended Pets: Guests must notify the front desk if a pet is left alone. Pets must be kenneled when unattended and cannot be left for more than 4 hours (must be checked on every 2 hours).
• Housekeeping: For the safety of our staff, pets must be kenneled or leashed, and the owner must be present while the room is being serviced.
• Cleanliness: Please clean up after your pet outdoors and utilize outside garbage receptacles.

• Pets are not permitted in Food & Beverage areas, the Fitness Center, or the Pool area (ADA-qualified service animals are exempt).

To maintain our high standards, unregistered pets or pets in non-designated rooms will result in a minimum $250 cleaning fee and probable eviction without a refund. Damages caused by pets may result in additional charges up to $250.
