Yes, effective April 15, 2024, Mayo Civic Center is a cashless venue. All purchases within the venue will require payment through debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. For more information please go here.

If an event cancels, a refund will be issued from the point of purchase. For tickets bought through Ticketmaster, an automatic refund will be issued back on to the credit card used for purchase. For tickets purchased at the Box Office, you will need to return your tickets to the Box Office as soon as possible for a refund using the purchase method of payment.

Doors open one hour prior to the start of the event unless otherwise noted on our website.
