What Guests Say About Our Rochester, MN Hotel 

I have two things I was not happy with: The warm water for my shower was non-existence; stepping into that cold water was pure misery. So I would give a 0 here. This one is not major but it is a thing with methe toilet is square with a round cover so when you sit on it as a lady you can feel the edge of the toilet yucky. I would give a 2 stars here. Everything else was wonderful! The doorman the first day of arrival, his name was Dave, was extremely helpful and outgoing. The rest of the staff I encountered were very personal and attentive. I would give 5 stars here. Thank-you

Got a great deal in a suite for $85 w/ tax for 2 rooms a 200 square foot balcony on the floor with the other suites and breakfast to add to the morning. The upgrade was awesome! Traveling solo does get a lot of upgrades versus the other alternative from my experience. Rooms are all remodeled with all new furnishings and mattresses this past season. The hotel may be the ugliest duckling from outside but the advantages are plentiful. Price, location, and ease next door to Mayo Civic Center

Great hotel with great staff that are caring and promote to your needs. They also do a great job of keeping the hotel quite so that you can relax and not worry about people running through the halls or being loud. As a Mayo patient, I really appreciated that
