Great hotel with great ...

Great hotel with great staff that are caring and promote to your needs. They also do a great job of keeping the hotel quite so that you can relax and not worry about people running through the halls or being loud. As a Mayo patient, I really appreciated that

The people were very ...

The people were very helpful..needed extra pillows .. was so surprised that the young lady said no problem and with a smile got us everything we needed.. I am just gracious that after a very stressful day trying to get there there was a smile when we walked in helpful when we needed it cuz I got lost several times so I just appreciate the customer service that they had there
