What Guests Say About Our Rochester, MN Hotel 

Very friendly and helpful staff that work at the Kahler and it is a very clean nice place to stay. We felt very welcomed by everyone that worked there. It is awesome as we just walk across the street to our appointments. Cheryl does a great job in housekeeping

Conveniently located next to Mayo clinic. Hotel was generally clean. Leisure activities (video games, pool table, swimming pool, hot-tub, kitchen area) located on second floor. Pool area secluded, wish they would just leave it open 24 hours, closes at 11pm. One of the staff had a cold and was serving food, about my only legit complaint. Good stay

Staff are super nice & accommodating! Rooms are comfortable. Good free hot breakfast with super courteous & friendly breakfast nook staffers David & Sheri. Great coffee! Our family member had a medical procedure done & how great was it to wheelchair him from clinic recovery room to our Suite room using the underground corridors! Then a quick walk back to clinic to pick up medications! We walked to several different restaurants, a great shoe store, a small grocers & the shopping center, The Jimmy Johns & Caribou coffee very handy too! This is our place to stay @ Rochester

Once upon a time I stayed at a motel that was cheaper than the Kahler Inn and Suites, and as it had a free shuttle service to Mayo clinic it worked out okay. Then my cousin introduced me to Kahler Inn and Suites.it is now my "go-to" place to stay when in Rochester. I wish to give a shout out to Codey at the front desk. Repeatedly he has helped me with reservations and has a marvelous customer service attitude, which is so important when a person is visiting a clinic for serious health issues and you do not need one more challenge in your day! Have there been issues? Sure, aren't there always, home or away? But the light bulb that burned out was replaced immediately upon notification, my key card that I kept in my wallet next to my cell phone demagnetized. I didn't even need to go to the desk, I called from my cell phone (as I was exhausted from the appointments of the day) and someone promptly arrived with a new key! Awesome

The room, service, and restaurant were quite nice. Clean and accommodating.The only negative was the breakfast. Something was broken each day and the food was definitely sub-par
