Stayed at Kahler Inn and Suites while having tests at Mayo. Hotel has underground, inside access to Mayo Clinic and all sorts of retail/dining options along the subway system. Staff was so helpful on dining, service ideas; no problems at all when we needed to extend our stay, or leave a little earlier than expected. It is close to the hospitals and has elevators that take you to the subway which you can use to access all hospitals and both the Damon and the Graham parking ramps without ever going outside. The subwa also has clothing shops, shoe shops, Barber shops, and hospital supply shops. It also goes to a café

We stayed at this hotel because it is across the street from the Mayo Clinic Hospital Methodist campus. Very convenient. We enjoyed the free breakfast on the 2nd floor, which was quite a large spread of food and there was plenty of room to spread out. There were staff who were very friendly and helpful. The two ladies I visited with and thanked for the great selection of breakfast items, were "Cheryl" and "Megan." The Kahler should be proud of these two, they represent their hotel very well! Here's what I remember: Fresh fruit, breakfast bars, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, sausage, hash browns, oatmeal, Belgian waffles, toast, muffins, sweet rolls, yogurt, juice, coffee, teas etc. etc. Probably more I don't remember. Served from 6AM - 10 A

Location was right across from Mayo and hospital and very easy to get to. David who was the Bellman was always there to help and so pleasant to talk with. Ryan Sager at the front desk was amazing and so helpful and Cheryl who worked in the breakfast area was more than willing to help or assist whenever needed. Also glad to have the larger size paper coffee cups with lids in the breakfast area. Just like you would get at a Starbucks. Cheryl keep the area clean. Also, the cleaning staff was so pleasant and did an amazing job cleaning our room. Can't say enough about the great staff they have. Anything you would need is right there or very close to the hotel

We stayed at this hotel due to it’s accessibility to the Mayo Clinic. We were not disappointed with the ease of commuting back and forth to the Mayo Clinic. We enjoyed the free breakfast, afternoon coffees at the Caribou Coffee Bar and evening meals at CB 3 restaurant. All the staff were very friendly and the rooms very comfortable
