Another delightful experience

I would like to begin by mentioning David who we have known for several years. David worked the "breakfast nook" for the majority of our visits to the Kahler Inn. He has now moved on and been promoted to a very well qualified bellman. David served us well during our stay over two separate weeks. Thanks, David for a job well done! He goes out of his way to assist and make his guests comfortable. We will always seek him out on future visits. Also, thanks to Cheryl and Pat who are now assigned to the breakfast nook. Pat is new to us, however we have been familiar with Cheryl as our former chambermaid. She served us well over the years and was recently assigned (by choice) to the breakfast nook. The entire staff there are to be commended for a job well done. That includes the chef (whom I met, but his name escapes me) who works tirelessly every day. Also, I want to thank Ryan, the General Mngr. He bent over backwards to address our needs after we approached him with some concerns about our recent visit. He was very understanding and did his best to satisfy our minor issues. Thank you, Ryan! The staff at the main desk (check-in) are also to be congratulated on their professional approach to welcoming guests. Thank you all for a pleasant and welcoming visit. We will be visiting again very soon! Roger & Mary Anchorage, A

Medical Visit

This is my second time to stay at Kahler Inn & Suites. My room was comfortable, quiet, and clean. The hotel is connected to the Mayo Clinic underground subway, so I didn’t need to wait on shuttles or wear my coat. The breakfast is really good with both choices of hot and cold food. There are quality restaurants and a coffee shop nearby so I didn’t need to leave this area

Gluten free

The room is nice and clean. Heater is a lil noisey- same with bathroom fan. I am very impressed with the breakfast many options for being gluten free. When I thanked Cheryl for the GF ladyfingers she said they hope to expand it. I will definitely stay here again. The price fit the budget and the hotel was worth it

Second stay and will be back

A perfect place to stay for checkup at Mayo Clinic. Access underground to avoid cold weather during our recent stay was a very welcome surprise. The burger Resturant at the hotel has great food but the service left a lot to be desired. After waiting for a long time for our beverages we flagged down our waitress and it became evident she forgot to put in our order. The table next to us had to get up and find her to get their check.Cheryl hosting the breakfast was great. She had on a Santa hat and ornament necklace that set a very festive mod to begin a long day ahead of us. She seemed to really enjoy the hotel guests and was very attentive, keeping everything very neat and orderly. We will be back for our future appointments and looking forward to seeing her again
