What Guests Say About Our Rochester, MN Hotel 

My daughter's soccer team stayed here while attending the state cup. The rooms are very dated. In the room we had the furniture was frayed. They only give you soap, shampoo and conditioner. They also only gave one single serving of regular coffee and a decaf, even thought there are two cups. It was nice to have a fridge and microwave. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast could be improved. Also, most hotels offer some things in case you forgot like a tooth brush. The hotel staff looked at me like I was crazy when I asked for a tooth brush because my daughter forgot hers. They must not get out much. They made a mistake on the bill but it was corrected easily so it was not a big hassle. Maid service also took away a dirty towel but never replaced it. So instead of 4 we had 3. Just odd

We are here because of illness and find this hotel to be very dingy, old and depressing. I feel that the staff is doing the best they can to clean and serve, but one can only clean an old worn out facility so much. Everything here is way past its prime. Mold in the bathroom tub, tv that didn't always work well, breakfast was pretty bad. Elevator and hallways are filthy. Pool was empty some days and then way too cold. This hotel is close to Mayo and I am sure they know people will stay here because they have to. We only opted for room cleaning one day out of 5 and they did not even change the sheets. Moving to another...will not come back

Good Hotel bad breakfast and resturant in holtel was terrable and way over priced.. the pool was under maintance and not avaivable, the parking was pretty good was keep all night by a dog next door and front desk clerk in early morning wouldn't do anything to quite the proble

Bird poop on the windows, challenging heater, shower head that delivered only half the water...the other half down the drain via the the tub spout, an overly aggressive food service crew to write a review. Everything else was fine

Fallen on hard times and bad owners. Water in shower kept going from cold to scalding. The hair dryer was broken but they did bring one to the room. No shampoo provided.The restaurant couldn't seat us even though there were tables as there were no servers
