The people were very ...

The people were very helpful..needed extra pillows .. was so surprised that the young lady said no problem and with a smile got us everything we needed.. I am just gracious that after a very stressful day trying to get there there was a smile when we walked in helpful when we needed it cuz I got lost several times so I just appreciate the customer service that they had there

We just stayed this ...

We just stayed this past Monday. The carpet was so dirty I borrowed a vacuum from the cleaning lady to vacuum our room. Not impressed. Who wants to vacuum their own hotel room? I do that enough at home

My mom, and I ...

My mom, and I have always loved to stay here. Particularly because it is connected to the Clinic by way of an underground walkway. Easy to get to. The last two times I had surgery at Rochester Methodist. My mom could walk back, and forth from the hospital without having to go outside
